Leslie E. Roche
Chief Executive Officer
With over 20 years of experience in technology development, Leslie’s background includes human factors design for large systems, research and development, and strategic technology leadership. Her previous roles have included corporate strategic technology planning and development, as well as oversight and development of large-scale technology projects for the government. She holds degrees in engineering, business, and HOD, and has earned a number of leadership and technical awards in her field. Specific interests include human factors, artificial intelligence, and human learning.
Chief Creative Officer
With an award-winning background in graphics development and instructional technologies, Mark’s experience includes the oversight and development of virtual reality coursework and simulations, as well as fully interactive immersive environments. Responsible for oversight and development of human learning software technologies, Mark is an internationally-accomplished graphics artist and media technologist, with over 25 years experience. He has earned numerous industry recognition and awards, and has been featured in a number of government publications, including those prepared for NASA, Congress, and the President of the United States.
Michelle Fiedler, PhD.
Michelle’s background includes ethnographic research, participant observation, and archive research. With a Bachelors and Masters in Anthropology, she earned her PhD in 2011. Michelle’s areas of interest include research relating to ethnicity and identity, and investigating how people interact with their environment. Her academic grants and awards include the Cynthia Lakin Undergraduate Excellence in Anthropology Award from Arizona State University.
